The present employee strength is 500+, whereas in the year 1975 there were one branch and 7 employees.
BOTC traversed a long journey and has earned a high reputation over the years and developed a strong customer base of 45 leading MNCs and Indian Corporate Companies by rendering committed service irrespective of abnormal conditions or difficult situations. The Contracts are renewed year after year with business volumes growing. This accomplishment was indeed possible with the prime focus of the management on quality of service, efficiency, dependability and reliability. BOTC has been successfully sustaining business commitments to the existing customers and also progressing in the tireless tasks to widen and strengthen the customer base.

“AN EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM OF ROYAL ENFIELD” Mr. Manoj Jadon, CMD of Jadon Group is an institution in himself. He is a passionate Biker and loves to explore new things. While enjoying his passion and seeing the enthusiasm of fellow bikers he decided to facilitate them by providing a riding machine and its accessories. Agra Royals – An Exclusive Show Room of “ROYAL ENFIELD” came into existence on 28 June 2015. Agra Royals derive its motto “CUSTOMER BEFORE SELF” from his CMD and with his personal touch and addressing the customer need “FIRST” has got more than 10000 happy customers and on their varied requests forced Mr. Manoj Jadon and by his nature, there is no “DENIAL” in his vocabulary and to fulfill the request of his customer he opened the 2nd Show Room of “ROYAL ENFIELD” at Kheragarh which is 40 KM from Agra on Saiyan Road . The voice of customers did not end here and as usual, living up to his motto “CUSTOMER BEFORE SELF” and to fulfill the dream of his customers he opened his 3rd Show Room of “ROYAL ENFIELD” at Kiraoli which is 23.2 KM from Agra and 12.9 KM from the world-renowned Fatehpur Sikri Fort.

Mr. Manoj Jadon, CMD of Jadon Group with his distinctive vision analyzed that there is NO workshop for repair and maintenance of all Commercial Vehicle which was affecting the livelihood of the people around and in that to provide the services at their doorstep for the People of Mathura, he walked an extra mile and Opened an “AUTHORIZED WORKSHOP of TATA Motors” on 05 February 2008 which reduced the downtime of vehicles with the trust of TATA.
